The pdq printing system

The SAF servers uses the pdq printing system instead of lpr or lp.

known bugs

1. Print jobs can occasionally disappear into thin air.
2. If the filename is not ".ps" or ".txt" pdq must guess the file type. Sometimes it guesses wrong. A problem file can usually be printed if it is first renamed to have one of these file extensions.
